A few years back I attended a paper marbling class at the Minneapolis Center for Book Arts. After just two days of instruction, I was able to start producing my own paper designs. We've been using them to wrap bars and allocation boxes ever since!
Our holiday offerings are available exclusively in our Napa boutique. We do our best to update the blog page with holiday offerings. Quantities are limited, so ordering ahead by phone or in person is always a good idea.
Due to the fragile nature of many designs, we are unable to ship holiday offerings unless they appear in the Online Shop.
While chocolate is our main passion, we do occasionally create wedding cakes for clients getting married in the Napa Valley. From elaborate chocolate designs to simple buttercream cakes, from dessert tables to the classic croquembouche, Wendy brings her eye for design and flare for flavor to each creation. Chocolate is the perfect medium for recreating just about anything in edible form. Over the years we done some amazing custom cakes for local wineries and even a miniature Lexus for the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.
Due to increased demand, we no longer make individual 8" cakes. Custom cakes begin at $250.
Professional Gingerbread Artist, is that a thing? I've created these miniature winter wonderlands for restaurants, corporate clients and competitions. Gingerbread is often a team effort, so please see individual photos for credit to my fellow pastry chefs.
